A nice little rest.

After a week off i'm feeling rested...except for being exhausted from the whirlwind that was Christmas. Ran a little more today and it felt good. C-YA next year.

Longest So Far

I ran on the treadmill today and had my longest run. I wasn't feeling good at all when i started so i pushed it... to get it out. I was tried when i was done but I was smiling!

First Group Run

I met up with some Runner's at runners alley. It was in the 20's and i was the only one in shorts. It was a slow easy run, and a bit icy.

Ran outside again today. Chilly but nice to get out. Legs are feeling better once they warm up.
