So I did a little experiment today and had 2 apple muffins and an 8oz coffee at around 8am. I than ran at noon. Guess what i discovered. Yep! No energy. I was draggin'. When i run in the morning i have an 8oz glass of OJ and a half- ish scoop of protein powder and i feel great. Or least i feel awful when i don't. Next run (might be a while from now. We're suppose to get a bunch of snow all week.) I'll let you know how i feel.
