I did not want to run today. My body. My mind. My legs. My but I did anyway. It was a struggle and it felt like I was running so slow while avoiding puddle, and walking a ton but i still ran faster than the last group run i did last Tuesday. So that feels pretty good. I'm trying to get a gym to donate pool time to train and no one is helping yet. This was actually my greatest fear of trying to complete a tri. Not getting enough pool time.
