It's suppose to snow a bunch today so i ran early to get my workout in. It was snowing on me a little. My body had a hard time with this run. This is the most mileage (this past week) I've done in awhile an i might be getting tired. Plus i did some strength training yesterday. I only had a bowl of cereal about 3 hours ago and don't think that was enough fuel. I'll have to do better next time.
