I was planning on running yesterday but the rain and cold kept me inside. And just not wanting to run on the treadmill kept me at my desk. And a deadline kept me busy. BUT i got out today and it felt really good. My legs were still tired and sore from lifting on Wednesday but as i starting running they warmed up and felt great. I was planning on a sorter run because I have swim at 730 follow by a run at 830 so i didn't want to do to much. I did ran a little easier and walked tons less. (Not that there is anything wrong with that.)
