Group Run and Swim

Our group training time was pushed back this week from 730 swim then run to 9 run then swim. I was the only one at practice today doing the Mooseman Tri. So one of the coaches and i went for a longer run. Again my legs feel heavy and i felt sluggish. I ate breakfast (oatmeal) at 7:00 and had OJ with protein at 8:30. I think i needed more fuel. Speaking of the Powerbar is a sponsor of Team in Training and we all got a bunch of bars and recovery drinks. I'll let you know what i think of them.
